Responsibilities:
- Make HR strategy planning
- Responsible for annual budgeting and make sure the total personnel expenses are under control
- Carry out necessary research and analysis on labor market, salary level, personnel cost, fluctuation rate, reasons for resignation etc. through internal and explain the Company's HR policies to employees
- Update Org Chart and Employee Handbook; announce and explain the Company's HR policies to employees
- All recruiting activities as well as responsibilities before and after hiring new employees
- Be in charge of training and Development of the employees
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Implement and monitor Employee Performance Management Program
- Provide proposal and suggestions to management team and managerial level staff to resolve employee relations issues
- HR projects (such as Kid's Day, internship program)
- Keep related persons informed about the organizational or personnel changes in HR field
- Other tasks assigned by MD or CDHR

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above with major in HR, Administration Management, Psychology or relevant
- Over 3 years of HR working experience in a multinational manufacturing company
- Hands on experience in recruiting, training & development and performance management
- Accounting Finance background is a plus
- Familiar with labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HRM system such as SAP is a plus
- Basic understanding of other functional departments and finance is preferred
- Proficient PC skills (esp. Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Team Player, open-minded and flexible
- Speak fluent Chinese Mandarin and English
- Knowledge in German is preferred
