Responsibilities:
- In charge of developing and maintaining fine relationship with design institute and architects in west China. Influence the architect/Interior designer to specify the brand of the company.
- Visit architects and deliver product development presentation
- Conduct presentations and product trainings for architects
- Maintain fine relationship with architects and acquire information of potential projects
- Follow up with sales staff that market segment orientated materials are properly and actively used in their daily work
- Conduct product and market analysis
- Attend marketing related events like seminars and exhibitions in order to gain new contacts and project information

Requirements:
- College degree or above
- At least two years work experience in a marketing or sales related job in a multi-national company, preferably experienced in the building material business
- Excellent communication skills, creative out of the box thinking
- Detail oriented, independent and mature
- Have overall situation- and development view, strong sense of responsibility, team-working spirit, multi-tasking skills, self-motivated, service-orientated, strongly respect company privacy
- Skilled in computer, office software operation, such as word, excel, PowerPoint
- Extroverted nature, enjoy communicating with others
- Very interested in marketing and sales, as well as in technical features of a product
- Professional business English and Chinese skills in reading, writing, listening, speaking (English at least CET6)
