    • 2 Hours of Phone Time Every Single Day
    • Prepare Job Record based on Candidate Search Profile and Search Initiation Email from Account Manager
    • Obtain / Generate Answers to Expected Questions from Candidates
    • Release Job Record to QA Team
    • Research Candidates Databases Online
    • Research Client Target Firms Online
    • Cold Call Client Target Firms to obtain Contact Details of Passive Headhunted Candidates
    • Introduce Job Opportunities via Phone and Email to Passive Database Candidates and Passive Headhunted Candidates (Minimally 10 times per day)
    • Obtain CVs from Passive Headhunted Candidates
    • Request Candidate Referrals from Non-Interested Passive Database Candidates and Non-Interested Passive Headhunted Candidates
    • Screen CVs
    • Interview Sincerely Interested Active Applying Candidates, Passive Database Candidates, Passive Headhunted Candidates and Passive Referral Candidates
    • Forward Suitable Interviewed Candidates to Recruitment Specialists and Recruitment Consultants
    • Setup Final Shortlist of Active and Passive Candidates
    • Get Professional PDF Profiles Ready for Client Release
    • (Prepare and) Send Candidate Introductions Email to Client (Minimally 5 Candidate Introductions per week)
    • Push Client for Feedback on Already Introduced Candidates
    • Support Scheduling of Client >< Candidate Interviews
    • Push Client for Feedback on Already Conducted Client >< Candidate Interviews
    • Support On-Boarding Process
    • Push Client for Feedback on To-Be-Hired Candidate
    • Coach Recruitment Assistants & Recruitment Specialists
