Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual annual sales
- Contract Performance & Management
- Analyzes, coordinates and responds to urgent customer service needs
- Manage AR (Account Receivable) and credit issue appropriately
- Maintain serious and good relationship to customers, act in customer meetings, arrangements, seminars, exhibitions, etc
- Keep direct superior timely and accurately informed about all relevant information

Requirements:
- University entry certificate
- At least three years of sales experience in construction and building material fields
- Ability of understanding the techniques, having relational technical background, having or being able to build good relationship with design institutes, architects, as well as contractors
- Sales experience within the Door Industry is most highly preferred
- Existing network in the Shanghai Area is most strongly preferred
- Sales experience with international architecture and building material brands is preferred
- Sufficient IT skills (Windows and Microsoft Office)
- Interested in industrial projects development
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, organizational and time management skills
- Good team work spirit and able to accept challenges, excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure, enterprising and self-motivated
- Good command of English and fluent written and spoken Chinese
- Willing to travel within respective province
